Yes.  We are inspected annually and licensed by The Ohio Department of Agriculture Division of Amusement Ride Safety and fully insured.

Yes.  Each of our inflatables is cleaned, sanitized and inspected for any damage after each rental. 

Unfortunately our prices depend on too many factors to list an exact price here.  For example, if we only have to drive a couple blocks down the road, then the price will be cheaper than if we have to drive 50 miles.  But we can guarantee that we are competitively priced with all other rental companies.  Also, we give discounts if you rent more than one inflatable.  Special holidays can also impact prices.  Give us a call or email us today to find out our most current pricing.

However... We can tell you that during the months of June, July, and August we give a $25 discount for any Monday-Thursday rental! (Holidays excluded).  Also ask about our special pricing for Monday-Thursday all day rentals!

That's kind of up to you.  Our standard rental is 3 hours, but we will rent as long as you would like.  However, all rentals will be picked up by dusk.  Unfortunately, we will not leave any inflatables overnight.  It is a liability risk and the moisture from the dew can cause mildew that is a health hazard and damages the structural integrity of our inflatables.

Set up and delivery are always included in the quoted price.  You will never be charged any hidden fees.  They are also not part of your rental.  We arrive early (usually 1 hour to 45 minutes before) and set up so you are ready before your event starts and return after your event is over and tear down.

We understand you can not control the weather any more than we can and will not hold you responsible.  Therefore, if we have to cancel the event because of bad weather or the threat of bad weather, your deposit will be completely refunded.  However, please understand that bad weather is not limited to rain and lightning.  Strong winds or the threat of strong winds can be even more dangerous than rain or lightning.

Are they safe?

YES!  We've all seen horror stories on the nightly news of a gust of wind quickly picking up a bounce house and throwing it into the air with children inside.  The thought of taking your children to what should be an enjoyable family event or birthday party with a bounce house and having it end like that is terrifying.  We are parents, ourselves, and can assure you that every safety precaution is taken and no corners are ever cut.  We absolutely will not sacrifice the safety of anyone's children to make a few bucks.  First, all of our units are either securely staked into the ground or sandbagged if the unit is on asphalt.  Second, most inflatables, if properly secured as mentioned, are rated to withstand 20-25 mph winds.  However, we will not test mother nature or the capability of the inflatable.  If it looks like the wind speed might reach anywhere close to 20 mph, we will not set up.  Again, we can not emphasize enough how important the safety of your children are.  If we feel that we can not set up 100% safely, we absolutely will not set up.
